COVENANT BAPTIST CHURCH, East Sandwich, Massachusetts – Another project designed by Dimensional Dynamics and constructed in the mid-1980’s is this gem,  now called Covenant Community Church  in historic East Sandwich located on Cape Cod Bay.  The church contacted us to prepare a master plan design for their newly purchased site that would offer them the ability to  build a phase one facility that could grow on that site as the need arose.  The purpose of any master plan is to prepare for the future based on the limitations of the site, and the projected growth and ministry needs of the church. The purpose of a phase one facility is to meet the church’s immediate ministry needs and financial ability.  We strive to design every master plans and subsequent phases in such a way that the facility can easily expand without major disruption or reconfiguration of the previous phases.  We also attempt to create a user friendly building that can adapt to the changes of ministry needs and leadership.  This allows a church the ability to provide ministry in that facility as long as possible without having to be force into the next phase of construction if they are not financially able.  Please enjoy taking a look at this project constructed in 1987.
